How to Use the Booking Block on UniLink

The Booking Block is a UniLink block that allows visitors to schedule appointments or sessions directly from your link-in-bio page, turning profile traffic into confirmed bookings.

What is the Booking Block?

The Booking Block integrates appointment scheduling into your UniLink page so clients and customers can book time with you without sending a separate email or DM. It is designed for coaches, consultants, therapists, photographers, personal trainers, and any service provider whose business runs on appointments. You can connect your existing booking tool or use the built-in scheduling features to manage availability, session types, and confirmations.

How to Add the Booking Block

  1. Log in to your UniLink Dashboard
  2. Open your page editor
  3. Click Add Block (+)
  4. Select Booking

Configuration Options

  • Booking URL or Integration — Link to your Calendly, Acuity, Cal.com, or any external booking page, or use UniLink's native booking flow.
  • Service Title — Name the session type, such as "30-Minute Strategy Call" or "Portrait Photography Session."
  • Duration — Display how long the session lasts so visitors can plan accordingly.
  • Price — Show the session cost upfront to qualify leads and set expectations before the booking.
  • Description — Explain what the visitor will get from the session — outcomes, format, and who it is best for.
  • CTA Button Text — Customize the booking button label, such as "Book Now," "Schedule a Call," or "Reserve Your Spot."

  • List your most popular or highest-value service first — visitors who arrive from social media are often ready to act, so make the best offer immediately visible.
  • Include the price clearly in the block — transparency reduces friction and saves both you and the visitor time by filtering unqualified inquiries.
  • Write a description that focuses on the transformation or outcome the client will experience, not just the logistics of the session.
