What is the Listing Block?
The Listing Block is the go-to solution when you have more than one item to showcase but do not want to dedicate a full page to each one. Think of it as a mini-catalog embedded directly in your UniLink page. Real estate agents can display available properties, freelancers can list their service packages, boutiques can feature product collections, and event organizers can post upcoming shows — all in a single, compact, easy-to-scan block. Each listing item can have its own image, title, description, price, and link.
How to Add the Listing Block
- Log in to your UniLink Dashboard
- Open your page editor
- Click Add Block (+)
- Select Listing
Configuration Options
- Block Title — Add a heading above the listings, such as "My Services," "Available Properties," or "Current Offers."
- Listing Items — Add multiple entries, each with its own title, description, image, and link.
- Item Price — Display pricing for each entry to help visitors self-qualify before clicking through.
- Item Image — Attach a photo or graphic to each listing for a more visual, engaging presentation.
- Item Link — Connect each listing to its own dedicated page, product URL, or booking form.
- Layout — Choose between a vertical list or a grid layout depending on the nature of your content and how much visual space you want to use.
Best Practices
- Lead with your most popular or highest-converting items — visitors rarely scroll to the bottom, so place your best offers first.
- Use consistent image dimensions across all listing items to maintain a professional, polished appearance that builds trust.
- Limit each listing description to two or three sentences — enough to spark interest and earn the click, not so much that it overwhelms visitors who are scanning quickly.
