How to Use the Music Block on UniLink

The Music block is a UniLink block that allows you to embed and share your music tracks, albums, or playlists directly on your page so fans can listen without leaving.

What is the Music Block?

The Music block gives musicians, podcasters, producers, and audio creators a dedicated space to showcase their work with an embedded player. Visitors can press play and listen to your latest single, full album, or curated playlist right on your UniLink page, making it easy to grow your listener base and direct fans to streaming platforms. Whether you release on Spotify, SoundCloud, Apple Music, or Bandcamp, the Music block connects your audience to your sound in seconds.

How to Add the Music Block to Your Page

  1. Log in to your UniLink Dashboard
  2. Select the page to edit
  3. Click Add Block (+)
  4. Find and select Music

How to Configure the Music Block

  • Platform — Choose the streaming platform you want to embed from, such as Spotify, SoundCloud, Apple Music, or Bandcamp.
  • Track, Album, or Playlist URL — Paste the share link to the specific song, album, or playlist you want to feature.
  • Title — Add a heading such as Latest Release or Listen Now to draw attention to the player.
  • Description — Write a short note about the release — the story behind the song, the genre, or a note of thanks to fans who have been supporting your journey.
  • Streaming Links — Add additional links below the player for all the platforms where your music is available so fans can listen on their preferred service.
  • Album Art — Upload or link your album artwork to make the block visually distinctive and on-brand.

Best Practices

  • Feature your newest release at the top of your page to drive first-week streams, which matter most for algorithmic discovery on Spotify and Apple Music.
  • Include links to every platform where your music lives — not all of your fans use the same streaming service.
  • Update the Music block with each new release to keep returning visitors engaged and reward them for coming back.
