The AI Chat Block turns your UniLink page into an interactive experience by giving every visitor access to a conversational AI assistant trained on your content, FAQs, and brand voice. Instead of sending followers to a separate support channel, you handle their questions right on your page. It is especially valuable for coaches, course creators, e-commerce sellers, and service providers who receive the same questions repeatedly.
How to Add the AI Chat Block
- Log in to your UniLink Dashboard
- Open your page editor
- Click Add Block (+)
- Select AI Chat
Configuration Options
- Bot Name — Give your AI assistant a name that matches your brand (e.g., "Ask Maya", "Support Bot")
- Welcome Message — Set the opening line visitors see before they type, to set context and invite engagement
- Knowledge Base — Paste in FAQs, product descriptions, bio text, or service details the AI should know
- Tone Setting — Choose a conversational tone: friendly, professional, casual, or custom
- Fallback Response — Define what the bot says when it cannot answer, such as directing users to your email
- Chat Widget Color — Style the chat bubble and header to match your page branding
