Order Form is a UniLink app for custom-order intake. Input: form fields describing what the customer wants (custom merch, bespoke service) plus optional file upload and price calculator. Output: a quote-and-order page with payment collection.

Order Form is for businesses that take custom orders — bespoke design, made-to-order goods, niche services. Customers describe what they need, attach reference files, and get an instant price estimate (or you respond with a custom quote). Payment captured directly via Stripe or PayPal.
